Tailgate case study
Together with Krauss Maffei Technologies GmbH, a specialist in injection molding machines for plastics processing, we are developing a case study of a (partial) tailgate to demonstrate the new concept for reinforcing a thermoplastic material directly with the injection molding machine using Chopped Fiber Processing (CFP). The matrix material used is BH354MO combined with the Performance Masterbatch WG068AE. This combination ensures optimal bonding between the Matrix and the Fibers and additionally providing the additives for the thermostability, which is needed in many Mobility applications

9 layer high barriere PE MDO blown film for food packaging
9-layer MDO-PE film to be used for monomaterial PE design packaging. This innovative and cost-efficient logistics box, known as the HAIBOX, features a re-designed tool concept incorporating the latest advancements in mold design.
