Container with IML
In collaboration with Arburg, supplier of high end injection moulding machines for plastics processing and Brink supplier of high quality fast running injection moulds & automatization systems, we are manufacturing IML TWP containers in BJ368MO* by Arburg’s proprietary injection compression moulding process.
*Available with renewable (Bornewables™) and chemical recycled (Borcycle™ C) feedstock including ISCC+ mass balance certification

2K Pail with handle
In collaboration with BMB, a supplier of high performance injection moulding machines, we are processing a pail and handle by making us of 2K injection moulding process. Pail is produced with AH1040MO-90, a high flow white sorted PP post-consumer recyclate while handle is manufactured out of BF970MO*, a block copolymer offering excellent stiffness/impact balance. *Available with renewable (Bornewables™ ) and chemical recycled (Borcycle™ C) feedstock including ISCC+ mass balance certification

Logistic HAIBOX
In partnership with Wittmann Battenfeld, a global leader in injection molding machinery, we are launching a new logistics solution developed by Haidlmair. This innovative and cost-efficient logistics box, known as the HAIBOX, features a re-designed tool concept incorporating the latest advancements in mold design.
The HAIBOX will be manufactured using newly developed 100% post-consumer recycled Polypropylene PCR-PP) material, specifically engineered to meet the demands of this application.
